ReproSil
A ReproSil 80 és 100 „A típusú” szilika, amelyek helyettesíthetik a Spherisorb oszlopokat. Úgy fejlesztették ki, hogy a Waters Sherisorb oszlopokkal azonos viselkedést biztosítson. Versenyképes alternatívát jelent nagyon magas reprodukálhatósággal.
A ReproSil 70, 100, 200, 300 médiák kiváló minőségű, alacsony Fe- és Pb-tartalmú szilikán alapuló fáziscsaládot alkotnak, amelyek 70, 100, 150, 200 és 300 Å pórusmérettel kaphatók, és költséghatékony vonalat képviselnek. Jó megoldás kis molekulák, peptidek és fehérjék elválasztására.

Reprosil® XR
Sokoldalú és teljesen porózus, méretezhető szférikus szilika 1,5-15 µm között, nagy tisztasággal. A fémtartalom kevesebb, mint 100 ppb. A szilika nagyon szűk pórusméret-eloszlásával a felület 99%-a hozzáférhetővé válik az elválasztáshoz. Az egyenletes kötött fázis lefedettség a savak/bázisok szimmetrikus csúcsait és a megjósolható fordított fázisszelektivitást jelenti. Nagyon alacsony fémtartalma miatt magas pH-stabilitása is lenyűgöző.

Oszlopok szénhidrátokhoz
Dr. Maisch cukor oszlopok
A piacon jelenleg nagyon sok különböző típusú és szelektivitású kolonna található, amit szénhidrát analízisre terveztek. Cukrok, cukoralkoholok és szerves savak elválasztására 4 különböző módszert alkalmaznak. A 4 oszloptípushoz különböző eluenseket kell alkalmazni, eltérő az elúciós sorrend. Általános szabály, hogy a Reprosil Carbohydrate, Repromer RCX és Reprosil-Pur C18-AQ fázisoknál a kis cukrok eluálódnak előbb, azután a nagyobb poliszacharidok. Az ellenkezője érvényes a polimer Reprogel/Repromer (H, Ca, K, Na, Pb) fázisoknál, ahol a nagy poliszacharidok eluálódnak előbb. A monoszacharidok elválasztása Na Ca Pb irányban javul, az oligoszacharidoknál ellenkezőleg: Pb Ca Na.
1. Elválasztás Szilika-amino fázisokkal
(USP-L8) pl.a „Reprosil Carbohydrate“ 20 és 40°C hőmérsékleti tartományban. Általános eluens összetétel: Acetonitril/víz (kb. 70/30) a pH stabilitás 3 és 7 közt.
2. Elválasztás polimer LEX-állófázisokkal
A Repromer egy teljesen szulfonált sztirol-divinylbenzol (PSD VB) erős kation cserélő 8% keresztkötéssel. Különböző ionos formákban alkalmasak cukrok, cukoralkoholok és szerves savak elválasztására.
- ERepromer H (USP-L17): Cukrok, cukoralkoholok, szerves savak
- ERepromer Ca (USP-L19): Diszacharidok, Monoszacharidok, cukoralkoholok
- ERepromer Pb (USP-34): Monoszacharidok, tej minták laktózzal és laktulózzal
- ERepromer Na (USP-L58): Mono- és Oligoszacharidok
- ERepromer K: Mono-és Oligoszacharidok
- ERepromer Ag is rendelhető!
Tipikus eluensek: víz magas hőmérsékleten (60–90°C) mindegyik fázisnál, vagy 5-10 mM H2SO4 a Repromer H fázis esetében alacsonyabb hőmérsékleten.
Detektálás: RI vagy UV (192–200nm). A nyomást 100 bar alatt kell tartani.
3. Elválasztás polimer anioncserélő PSDVB fázisokkal magas pH-n.
(USP -L47) izokratikus vagy gradiens módban PAD, vezetőképességi vagy RI detektálással.
Repromer 10 RCX: kis cukrok, cukoralkoholok esetén DP 8-ig, vagy a Repromer 30 RCX: nagyobb cukrokra DP 15-ig.
Tipikus mozgó fázis: 10-100 mM NaOH vagy nátrium-acetát gradiensekhez. A nyomást 100 bar alatt kell tartani.
4. Elválasztás szilika C18 fázisokkal
(USP -L1) pl. Reprosil-Pur C18-AQ, tipikus eluens a víz a cukrokhoz, vagy 0.2M H3PO4 a szerves savakhoz, 20-40 C° hőmérsékleteken. Nyomás stabilitás 400 bar-ig.

Kolonna védelem
Repromer / Reprogel kolonnák tisztítása, regenerálása
A szerves szennyezőktől való megtisztításhoz mossuk a kolonnát ellentétes irányban alacsony áramlási sebességgel 10 % MeOH / Víz eleggyel több órán keresztül.
Ca: mossuk a kolonnát 100 mM Ca(NO₃)₂ alacsony áramlási sebességgel magas hőmérsékleten.
Na: mossuk a kolonnát 25 mM NaCl alacsony áramlási sebességgel magas hőmérsékleten.
K: mossuk a kolonnát 25 mM KNO₃ alacsony áramlási sebességgel magas hőmérsékleten.
Pb: mossuk a kolonnát 100 mM Pb(NO₃)₂ alacsony áramlási sebességgel magas hőmérsékleten.
Oldószer szállításhoz és tároláshoz: víz
A polimer kolonnák tárolása hűtőben, ionmentesített vízben történjen.
